atsec生日快乐！

今天atsec团队庆祝我们成立十周年。在这个特别的时刻，我们邀请我们的CEO Salvatore La Pietra来书写了一份“颂词”。

十年！哇！我们做到了，这根本无法掩饰我们的兴奋！！

十年前，atsec是一个刚刚实现的梦想，是在德国的三位好友和同仁所组成的充满希望的合作伙伴关系的成果。今天，atsec在欧洲、美国和中国是一个欣欣向荣的、成功的现实。我们向我们的客户、我们的员工以及所有在这些年给予过我们支持的人们致以最深切的感谢。

自我们成立的十年之间，atsec在信息安全业界内作为一家备受尊敬的国际化公司，自身当然也有很多的变化以支持我们的出现和成长。令人惊奇的事情是atsec特性的核心质量始终没有改变：我们的热情、我们的活力、我们相互之间的关心和支持，以及我们对信息安全所分享的激情。我们在atsec成立之初就确定了atsec的原则：

熟悉业务，
保持专注，
独立，和……
最为重要的是，诚信为本

今天仍然保持为我们的指导原则且会在未来继续指导我们。

我很高兴发现保持我们一贯的核心质量和我们的指导原则不仅带来了atsec的成功，而且有助于我们的客户和整个信息安全行业的成功。我们都能够自豪地了解atsec的能量是帮助整个信息安全业界内打造了更好的安全标准。我们认真地实行这些标准，将其运用于我们常规客户的承诺中，以及我们自身的组织中，据此我们提供给其他机构和我们自身全世界最受欢迎和可靠的信息安全实践。在未来的日子里，我们将继续监督和改进这些标准，同时一如既往地帮助我们的客户从信息安全角度改进和改善他们的产品和组织机构。

我为我们的管理团队感到骄傲，通过他们良好的领导带来了atsec十年的稳定发展。我们做事负责并且明智地管理着我们的发展。我们信任并尊重我们的客户和我们的员工。我们坚决维护市场的公正与公平。当我们决定追求我们认为有价值的战略目标时，如投资，我们将会谨慎考虑风险。我们在过去的十年中犯了一些错误……但是我们从挫折中吸取教训，在挫折中茁壮成长，当下次新的机会到来时能够更好地应对，作出正确的决定，不断进步。

展望未来，仍然有很多事情需要做：继续改进标准；带给我们的客户在信息安全投资方面更多的回报；进一步充实我们的人员；并且接受挑战，这无疑将会出现在下一代的信息革命中。不可避免的是，科技的发展和对他们更复杂的应用意味着我们将关注在安全架构、云计算、虚拟化、基于风险管理、风险减缓的最新安全准则，……谁知道还会有什么。由于全球对成熟安全和隐私模式的演变的需要，atsec将在此作为业界领导者开发需要的服务、工具和技术以应对这些挑战……在未来的十年甚至更长！

Today the atsec team celebrates our10th anniversary of operation. For this special occasion, we asked our CEO, Salvatore La Pietra, to write a “Laudatio”:

10 years! WOW! We made it, and it’s impossible to hide our excitement!!

Ten years ago, atsec was a just-realized dream, the fruit of a hopeful partnership of three friends and colleagues in Germany. Today, atsec is a thriving, successful reality in Europe, the U.S. and China. We extend our deepest thanks to our customers, our people, and to all those who have supported us over the years.

In the decade since our founding, there have of course been many changes within atsec to support our emergence and growth as a respected international company in the Information Security community. The amazing thing is that the core qualities of atsec’s character have not changed: our enthusiasm, our energy, our caring and support for one another, and our shared passion for information security. The principles that we articulated on our very first day as atsec:

know the business,
stay focused,
be independent, and ….
… above all, act with integrity

remain our guiding principles today and will continue to guide us into the future.

I find it very satisfying that consistent application of our core qualities and our guiding principles not only makes atsec successful, it helps to make our customers and the whole Information Security industry successful. We can all take pride in knowing that atsec’s energy is helping to forge better security standards for the whole Information Security community. By diligently applying those standards both to our everyday customer engagements and to our own organization, we offer to others and provide for ourselves the most respected and responsible information security practices in the world. In the years to come, we will continue to monitor and improve those standards, as well as persist in helping our customers improve their products and organizations from the IS point of view.

I am proud of our management team, which has provided healthy leadership resulting in 10 years of steady growth for atsec. We act responsibly and have managed our growth wisely. We are reliable and respectful towards our customers and our employees. We complete strongly and fairly in the market. We take carefully considered risks when we determine that pursuing our strategic goals merits such investment. We have made some mistakes in the last 10 years … but we learned from those disappointments and emerged stronger from them, even better equipped to make good decisions when presented with new opportunities going forward.

Looking forward, there is still lot to do: continue to improve the standards; give even more to our customers for the money they invest in information security; further enable our people; and accept the challenges that will undoubtedly emerge in the next generation of the information revolution. Inevitably, the developing technologies and the more complex use of them mean that we will focus on security architecture, cloud computing, virtualization, new security criteria based on risk management, risk mitigation, … and who knows what else. As the world’s need for mature security and privacy paradigms evolves, atsec will be right here to lead in developing the services, tools and techniques needed to address those challenges… for the next 10 years and beyond!
